Approximately 12-14 years ago Hughes Enterprises, Inc made a decision to leave the laundry equipment distribution business in favor of focusing on copmany-owned stores. Blue Kangaroos are considerably larger than thier earlier counterparts. Blue Kangaroos are customer friendly, fully staffed with up to three attendants on duty at any one time and are "Kid Friendly" with Lil'Kangaroo Corner children's play areas. Attendants are cheerful and helpful and are easily identifiable with Blue Kangaroo attire.

Hughes Enterprises currently owns and operates 15 Blue Kangaroos and six Quick Wash coin laundries. Existing Blue Kangaroo stores are in a cointious state of being improved by upgrading, maintaining and re-equipping.

Our Blue Kangaroo stores are beautifully designed, inside and out. Attractive face brick design, Thermopane windows and awnings on the Blue Kangaroo stores make a great "plus" to the neighborhood. Most Blue Kangaroo laundries have ample parking for atleast 25 cars.

The store interiour utilizes quality building materials such as silip-resistant porcelain tile floors, neon throughout the upper portion of the inside walls,cheerful design work and even Corian window sills.
